Colleen is very in tune with the market and really knows her stuff. We sold one of our rentals and I just put my faith in her all the way. We began showing it on May 5th and closed May 24. She is very hands on and took care of us all the way through getting the tenant out, she went above and beyond, checking on the progress of the tenants as they tried to stretch out their leaving until the last possible moment, even offering them boxes if they needed some. . We accepted her suggestions and expertise in how to go about getting it on the market the quickest way and how to get the most out of it, and doing what was needed to sell being that it was a total fixer-upper. Suggested a clean up service to come in and at least clean it up a bit and we are sure that was the right direction to go to get it sold quickly. I highly recommend Crystal Higareda as an exceptional real estate agent. I was looking for a turnkey vacation home on the water in Silver Lakes/Helendale, CA. As this would be a second home, I had many specifics for the home. We worked for several months reviewing the properties online that met the criteria. A new potential home would only be listed one or twice a month. Silver Lakes is 60 miles from my primary home so impromptu meetings were not possible. About a year ago I happened to meet Tish Ramirez and her daughter Breanna at an open house in Apple Valley. I had decided to move up to the High Desert to be closer to my grandsons and began looking at houses, not really knowing the area or what was available. To my delight, Tish and I hit it off and for the next year we were almost weekly companions on my search for a new home! I knew the kind of house, the size and, more or less the location of my prospective home, but that was about it. First home selling experience. Complex property sale for me living 400 hundred miles away. Tish and Realty One navigated me through this process. All steps, changes, and challenges quickly assessed and worked through. Inspections revealed septic issues. Tish called a specialist and that issue was resolved and clearance was achieved. Same for the termite inspection. A roofer was called and that issue was called and clearance was achieved. The Realty One to team was very responsive for all documents and changes that required signatures. One trip down for the final document signatures was all that was needed.
